Petal Cake Plates

The corrugated edges of this substantial cake plate act as a fitting frame for the confectionary towers that will adorn it. The channel between the cake and the edges of the plate can be adorned in a multitude of ways: consider sugared violets, nastursiums, rose petals or pansies. This plate lends itself to savoury offerings too: antipasto plates, a suite of fine cheeses with a pryramid of quince paste. Pair with the petal dish or lotus bowl.

Slip-cast earthenware ceramic. Small variations add to the uniqueness of each piece, distinguishing them from mass produced ceramics. Hand-washing is recommended for this product. Not for oven use.
